CANCELLATIONS:  Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 50% refund Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 0% refund MAY I BRING MY PET? WE DO NOT allow pets/animals. A minimum $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) charge will be assessed if the cleaning service determines that ANY pets/animals were in the rental unit.
